Gary Kassimir, PT, MS, CHT, graduated from Long Island University in 1987, with BS-MS degrees in Physical Therapy. In 1998, Gary became a certified hand therapist (CHT). He recently closed his private PT practice of 28 years and has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, hand rehabilitation, custom splint fabrication, sports, aquatic and geriatric rehabilitation. Gary enjoys being creative and having fun during therapy treatments using many tools, in addition to mentoring other therapists and technicians. He is also certified in performing trigger point dry needling techniques.
Personal Interests:
Gary loves spending time with his family, including his 5 grandchildren and dog Charlie. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys gardening, painting, carpentry, rooting for O’s, Terps, and Ravens, and heading to Ocean City with his wife Sherri.

Gary has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, APTA since 1986, and the American Society of Hand Therapists, ASHT since 1997.
